A special place of worship
Conroe Community Church of God
Dear friends,
This little Church on Stidham Road in Conroe, Texas
holds a very special place in my heart. It's a place where
everyone is welcome, and friendship is instantaneous.
In 2005 I moved here from the Rio Grande Valley of Texas,
and was convinced that I was a ticket-punched, Heaven
bound, born again child of God...but when I sat in the front
pew of this church and looked up at that empty cross over
the altar, I began to realize that I had never fully understood
what it really meant to be a Christian. The empty cross confirms
that Jesus is alive and real, and it suddenly became crystal
clear that it was all true! Every word of the Bible, every
promise made by God...that the kingdom of Heaven is our
inheritance if only we'll believe, and spread His good news
to others.
